  AC Services was formed in 2003 by combining two divisions - AC Information Technology and AC Engineering. Today, AC Services is comprised of two groups - AC Services' IT Group, which provides database design and development, web application and e-business support, and custom application software, and AC Services' Quality Inspection Group, which furnishes the automotive manufacturing industry with third party inspection and sorting services.

AC Services is a sub-contractor to IBM on the US Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions, Enterprise Mission Support Services Solution contract (ITES-EMS3).
